What is the exhaust gas treatment process of catalytic combustion equipment?

As we all know, the use of catalytic combustion equipment to treat exhaust gas is a common way. The choice of exhaust gas treatment method should be determined according to the air volume of exhaust gas under different working conditions, the type of exhaust gas and the size of the remaining gas concentration. Catalytic combustion equipment-Exhaust gas treatment 1. The gas adsorption process uses the physical characteristics of activated carbon to adsorb VOC organic waste gas. Honeycomb activated carbon has the characteristics of large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity. The gas is evacuated through a fan. 2. Gas desorption process. When the activated carbon micropores are saturated by adsorption, adsorption can no longer be carried out. At this time, the high-temperature hot air generated by the catalytic bed is used to desorb the activated carbon. 3. The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (the concentration has increased by tens of times over the original concentration) and is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion. When the organic exhaust gas concentration reaches 2000ppm or more, the organic exhaust gas can maintain self-ignition in the catalyst bed without additional heating. Part of the exhaust gas after combustion is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The hot gas stream is recycled and sent to the adsorbent bed to desorb the activated carbon. This can not only meet the heat energy required for combustion and desorption, but also achieve the purpose of energy saving. Activated carbon can be used for the next adsorption. The equipment can operate continuously through double gas path. When the working load is large, the two adsorption beds are arranged to be used alternately, a catalytic combustion chamber, and the organic exhaust gas is first adsorbed into the gas stream through one of the activated carbon adsorption beds. When saturation is reached, the shut-off valves at both ends of the adsorption bed are closed at the same time, that is, the adsorption work stops, and the other adsorption bed automatically opens to take over the adsorption work. In this way, the switching operation of the two adsorption beds can realize continuous operation with a large workload. The exhaust gas treatment process of the catalytic combustion apparatus has been described above. In order to increase the service life of the catalytic combustion apparatus, a pretreatment apparatus such as a spray tower, a dry filter, or a dust collector may be added before the catalytic combustion apparatus.
