Western Environment Participated in 2023 Forum on Rural Revitalization and Environmental Development in China

From April 10 to 11, 2023, the China Rural Revitalization and Environmental Development Forum was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Zhang sharp, deputy general manager of Shaanxi western environmental industry development co., ltd., led the team to attend the meeting.

With the theme of "improving the living environment in rural areas and building beautiful and healthy villages", this summit forum is co-sponsored by the China Environmental Protection Federation, the Central Social Service Department of the Peasants and Workers Party, Shanghai University, the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party, and the Jiangxi Science and Technology Association. Wang Lu, deputy secretary-general of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and full-time vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party, delivered a speech. Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Hou Lian, Ren Hongqiang, Wu Minghong, Xie Mingyong, Xu Zuxin, and Wu Fengchang attended. Leaders and representatives of departments in charge of the environment of villages and towns, such as ecological environment, rural revitalization, housing and urban and rural construction, agriculture and rural areas, water conservancy, development and reform, and representatives of various research institutes engaged in water environment management technology attended the meeting.

During the conference, the speakers analyzed in detail the sludge treatment and recycling technology under the background of double carbon, and the carbon emission level of the existing sludge treatment and disposal technology route is: deep dehydration-landfill> dry incineration> aerobic fermentation-land use> anaerobic digestion-land use. Under the background of carbon neutralization, the future sludge treatment and disposal should aim at energy saving and resource energy recovery. Through the upgrading of existing technologies and the development of green and low-carbon technologies, the process energy consumption reduction, chemical substitution, fugitive greenhouse gas control, and biomass clean energy recovery should be realized to improve the carbon emission reduction level of sludge treatment and disposal in China. Participants also listened to a report on the theme of "High-temperature Pyrolysis Gasifier Helps Revitalize and Construct Beautiful Villages". The report pointed out that the advantages of high-temperature pyrolysis gasifier are that garbage does not need special sorting, dehydration and drying, and no auxiliary fuel is added to the whole process, which can reduce garbage by 90%. The treated waste residue can also be used as raw materials for resource utilization. Through pyrolysis and gasification technology, rural garbage is reduced and treated harmlessly, realizing "nearby generation and on-site treatment", effectively improving the rural living environment, and exploring a new mode of rural garbage treatment.

After the meeting, the participants went to the Dongxiang District Urban and Rural Sanitation Integration Wisdom Management Base and the Construction Site of Ecological Civilization Demonstration Village of Hezhang Group in Chentang Village, Huwei Township, Dongxiang District, Fuzhou City for on-the-spot visits and studies.

In the future, the western environment will take "protecting the ecology and beautifying the environment" as the purpose, with scientific and technological innovation services as the core, increase scientific research investment in high-temperature pyrolysis gasifier and sewage treatment, and continue to contribute to the revitalization of rural ecology, water environment management and economy in our province. Make positive contributions to social development.
